My approach to group coaching is grounded in circle work, a structured, facilitated practice built on listening, reflection, and shared learning. Unlike team coaching, participants do not represent a single function or deliverable. They come together as individuals, each working on their own leadership and personal challenges, supported by the collective insight of the group.
The group exists for the duration of the engagement, creating a trusted container for honest dialogue, accountability, and perspective-building. The focus is not problem-solving for the organization, but strengthening the individuals within it. Deeper collaboration and reduced silos tend to follow naturally.
Engagements are customized based on organizational context, group composition, and desired outcomes.
Siloed organizations limit trust, understanding, and collaboration even when talent is strong. Group Coaching creates space for leaders to connect as humans, not just roles. That connection strengthens perspective, empathy, and leadership effectiveness across the organization.
